In each class, we work with the 5 Elements (Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal) and explore their corresponding organs, meridians, seasons, emotions, and qualities. The practice integrates Yoga Asanas, Qi Gong movements, Taoist wisdom, and acupressure points to provide nourishment and balance for the body, mind, and spirit. The intention is to flow between stillness and movement, connecting to the Qi and letting it guide us to a deeper sense of peace.

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive and healing experience designed to stimulate therapeutic and restorative effects through sound. This practice helps you disconnect, unplug, and find balance, promoting harmony within the mind and body.

In each session, I use a combination of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Carillon, and my own voice. The vibrations from these instruments stimulate the alpha and theta brainwaves, allowing you to enter a meditative state. This leads to improved focus, expanded creativity, and a deeper human connection. The vibrations affect you on psychological, physiological, emotional, and spiritual levels, helping to slow the heart and respiratory rate, creating a profound sense of calm and healing.

Each Zen Shiatsu treatment is a journey of listening to the body and returning to the original unity of body, mind and spirit in which operator and receiver are equally involved and active meeting at a soul-soul level.
